Text Maze is a great retro game invoking all the fun of the old Apple II games. In this game you explore various levels of a random maze looking for a crown on each level represented by a “*”. Each level will become larger and increasing more difficult as you explore. There are several objects you can find to help you on your quest and at least one monster looking to stop you.

it’s a one of classic games i love!

I like it

This is an interesting and fun game, if you are into text based maze type games.

The game, for what it is, looks very nice and plays very well. It can offer tense moments, when you see the monster coming out of the darkness, while also seeing the crown right next to it.

I would really like to see features and improvements made to this game. Like a high score list, and maybe even Game Center integratioin.

It seems a bit unfair that when encountering the monster it’s game over, and you are pushed all the way back to Level 1. Perhaps offer a number of lives. And push the player back one level each time they encounter the monster until they are out of lives.
